I get all sports nutrition solid glutamine... it is the cheapest I have found other than whole wheat flour from a health food store... high glutamine content but tastes nasty in a shake.

The cheapest by far that I've been able to find is at WalMart. They carry the Rexall brand , 50 tabs, 500 mg for only $2.84.
