    Difference between Ephedra and Ephedrine?

    Is there a difference between ephedra and ephedrine? Also, what sthe most effective ephedra/ephedrine product for burning fat, other than making an ECA stack.

    In laymen’s terms, ephedrine (commonly used as a decongestant and to treat hypotension) is the principal active constituent in Ephedra.
