    which supplements are ven good?!

    no offense, but it seems that you all criticize every supplement everyone brings to this forum. i have seen ones that you guys do not criticize, but for the most part, which supplements do ytou all recommend?? please help

    for what? it just depends on what you're after. there's good supplements for every goal, but the question is way too broad to be answered

    nitric oxide doesnt do anything it is way better to just eat protein and sugar prior to and after lifting...no is a waste of money...there are studies provign this...

    I will tell you which supplements are good if you want a straight up answer.

    Amino acids (not protein powder but pure amino's - liquid form prefered)
    BCAA's (leucine, valine, isoleucine)
    Glutamine
    Arginine
    and I would say Creatine as well

    Do not buy into the BS products like Cell tech, NO-Xplode etc. All they are is a simple blend of amino acids with some other crap and then they price it like your are buying steroids . Buy the amino acids seperately and you will get more for your money.

    thats because it doesnt work. all it is is arginine, an amino acid(which can be found in a chicken breast). isn't there caffiene in it also, so that you think your getting a better workout ? it works as good as glutamine. It doesn't! whey, creatine, eca, food, water, multi-vitamin, efa's, flax, m1t(jk) those are about the only thing besides aas's that work.... did i miss anything? i probably did, i don't really like supplements so i'm pretty anti.

    aren't the products you just listed all amino acids....arent those amino acids found in whole protein sources or whey protein?


    wouldn't this person be better off savign his money and buying food?

    Yes they are amino acids. What do you think any supplement is? And yes whole food is the best thing for you, but supplementing with extra amino acids of certain types can be of GREAT benefit. Especially the BCAA's. Whey protein I dont use, I used to but have now read so much about how shitty it is. You dont absorb much of it and I have had much better results with strictly amino acids drinks, and so have other people I know.

    i think you should get your self some canned chicken, efa's, oatmeal, vitamins and save your money maybe buy some bulk creatine...Ive made good gains without anything else...save your money...maybe put all that money away and down the line do a cycle when you hit your genetic peak and have learned everything there is to know. trib is garbage..this is my opinion so dont get mad about it. Just do your research, find science on anything that you plan on buying. Don't believe hype. thats all i can offer you. diet is a million times more important than anything...you could use roids and have a shitty diet and get nowhere... Don't smoke rocks. ha
