    which is better ?

    to take my whey with skimmed milk or take it with water ?

    You’ll get additional nutrients using milk.

    I use water. I personally think it tastes better with water and there isnt any addition fat in it.

    if a serving of milk is 8oz and rougly 2 grams of fat in skim then using half a cup of water and half a cup of milk works fine. You get the taste and consistency of a milk/whey shake plus the extra calcium and nutrients. I dont feed into the skin thickening to much with 4oz of skim milk.

    yep they whey i use is much better with water and its much easyier take your whey in a cup with you to the gym and before you leave fill it up with water shake it and there ya go !!!

    Cutting : No milk

    Bulking : Use milk

    I use 60g whey post workout, i prefer water. Milk gets to thick, especially with 5g glut, 5g crea, 5g arg, 5 g taurine. 100g dextrose.

    Tho in the day 40g of whey and 4ounces water is fine.
