Bad Optimum Protein

Any one else recently got a bad batch of optimum?? I love this stuff I has allways mixed up well for me and I loved it. But I ran out so I had to go to the nutrition store to buy it, I usually get it online. But I tryed to mix it, it just wouldnt mix, it all floated to the top and fell to the bottom, so I went back, told them what was up, and they only had one left, looked like the same batch number, and this shit does the same thing. I am alitte frustrated with the whole thing.

This might sound silly but did you use a different milk? I find that mixing Optimum with 2% milk mixes alot better than skim milk.

No problems here. I went from the natural chocolate(steeva based sweetner) to the normal chocolate (aspartame) and the only difference was the aspartame based mixed better, steeva based would foam up so much you would have to wait five minutes for all of the bubbles to subside.

optium is 40 % filler so its shiat, the protein was tested, that could be your problem

optinum isnt shit bro, thats only protien Ive used, and I gained 40-50 pounds with that stuff as one of my main sources of protien. Of course there some other stuff to help in the weight gain department.. but when I start working out I weighed like... 139 pounds at 5'11. could barely bench 140... that stuff has help shape me!!

btw - anyone like optinum gainer? I've been trying it lately since Im upping calories..

What is this filler? I have heard it has a very high ratio of protien to actual weight. One of the highest.

he is correct optinum was tested and was only 75 percent protein......that is not trash it is a decent protein . I mean if taken correctly will gve you results but it is trsh compared to vp2 which was tested at 90 percent and isopre which was 88 percent ...they are a lil more expensive but the taste is close to the same and the quality of vp2 and isopure is alot betta than optinum.......bargain wheys are no comparison to premiem islolates
