Liquid is a waste plain and simple. Basic supps to take while on creatine are protien, l-glutamine, multivitamn and if you have some more money i would throw in some amino acids. JMO. Do a search you will find plenty of info.

Liquid creatine is crap. Stick with powder micronized creatine, protein, and L-glutamine....

Why is liquid creatine crap? I am taking a 100% pure german creatine, tested twice, micronized 400 mesh, micro-coated so it won't be broken down. It's taken as a liquid. Results have been positive. Am I getting snowed or am I missing something?
