    Taking Creatine

    Well, I posted this a while back and never got the answer I was looking for so i suppose Ill re phrase it, if possible....well..here we go.

    On training days, should I take 2 servings of creatine (1 before/1 after workout)? And the 1 after workout, do I just throw it in with my PWO shake?

    On non workout days, How should I go about taking it? And how much?

    I take 10 grams 30 minutes before a workout(like i just did), 10 after when i get home. I dont take any on non training days... Thats just me though...

    depends on the brand of creatine bro

    some require every day other have different transport systems and only need to take on workout days

    what i used to do was taking it right after a workout and on non workout days sometime in the moring

    best bet is to follow the directions on the can

    i have been lead to believe that

    creatine monohydrate needs to be taken daily (after a loading phase)

    and Creatine ethyl ester just on workout days - no loading required

    I got some EAS monohydrate today.

    The serving size is only 1.5 teaspoons.

    Its so little....is this right?
