Well, I posted this a while back and never got the answer I was looking for so i suppose Ill re phrase it, if possible....well..here we go.
On training days, should I take 2 servings of creatine (1 before/1 after workout)? And the 1 after workout, do I just throw it in with my PWO shake?
On non workout days, How should I go about taking it? And how much?
