    N-Large2

    I'm at 28% body fat 262 lbs... would you guys suggest taking it?? I have the 10lb bucket and was wondering if i should take it after an exercise? or before I go to bed on non training days?

    isnt that a weight gainer? if it is, then no dont take it, you obviously dont need. just send it my way :smile:

    lol... damn nutritionist said wake up 2 hours into my sleep and take it with 3 eggs... on work out days he said to do that :P

    get a new nutritionist ...take a look at swole cats website, he seems to have some happy customers

    nah wake up half way through your rest and mix some efa's with pb and protein shake, casien preferably. wake gainer is like 8000g's sugar and shitty protein

    Not all weight gainers are shitty quality, it depends on the ingrediance they use for the nutrition content.....there are some great gainer shakes out there


    What are you trying to do with yourself? If you're trying to cut up then only use it pwo or none at all. If you're trying to gain more I would use one in the morning and one pwo

    you can lose weight and gain muscle without steroids . your diet, cardio and training better be in check though. muscle does weigh more than fat, so you could be losing fat, gaining muscle and actually putting on weight.

    its very very unlikely...your better off doing cycles of cutting and bulking. If your a newbie its possible to do both i did when i first started. heres advice dont listen to your nutritionist. my gf's mom is one and i almost fight her everyday because she talks about all this stuff that she learned in school thats so outdated and wrong its redick. Become your own nutritionist, no one knows your body like you. Absorb as much info off this site and the internet in general as possible. Try things outs see how they work for you. take pictures and measurments of everything to track your progress write everything down.. if stuff doesnt work change it. add calories take them away change the ratios. do this for a while and find out what works for you. dont waste your money on supplements the only thing that works is creatine.

    buy yourself some creatine whey protein multivitamins bf measurer and a tape measure and thats abotu all you need to get started... eat good carbs oatmeal whole grain efa's peanut butter lean meats and lots of veggies this alone should be enough to get you better than you are now. Anyone have any more to add?

    The best way to lose BF. Is through diet and cardio. Read the cutting sticky create a diet. Or post your current diet so we can see what direction your in. Because if your following your trainer/nutritionist we might have a problem.

    At 28%BF Nlarge2 should be the last thing on the menu..
    Eat a balanced diet close to your maintainance caloric intake and include cardio in your program.
    Best bet is to post your current diet and let us critique. (in the Diet Forum ofcourse).

    Go into any gym and ask a personal trainer to check your bodyfat. Pretty simple.
