    ECA Stack

    I have recently bought the synergy EC pills and was wondering what is 125mg of ephedra alkaloids = to in ephedrine terms??? It's recommeneded that you take 25mg of ephedrine per dose... I was wondering at 125mg's of ephedra alkaloids will I be ok?

    bump!!

    I also need to know the appropriate milligrams for each in order for it to be effective...

    example

    25 ephedrine
    300 caffiene
    200 aspirin...

    Also I need to know how many mg's of ephedrine alkaloids = pure ephedrine
