    good pre work out supplement?

    Hey whats a good pre workout supp that will give me energy to do cardio and lift along with giving me a pump.. not creatine

    never been big on these types of supps, until i hit 30 and have to work six days a week...anyhow, owner of my gym let me try this Supercharge mix by LaBrada...now, there may be something similar out there, but this $35 tub is gonna last me close to two months, and i swear, it kicks you in to high gear, non-stimulant, mental alertness and serious, drug-free pumps (which i never knew existed btw, heh)...hooked on it....

    i'll keep an eye out for his take on it...like i said, i'm new to these types of supps, and willing to try and see what works best for me (same with other "supps" i suppose, heh)

    Giantz11 is one of the first testers online that will try it.
    Our people in California flipped on how potent the Neros were and the pump and power increases while attempting PR's
    Amplify02 is the most advanced and feel confindent on what it can offer people.
