    trenadrol and clen

    I started using lions clen 1 week ago. I lost 6lbs in 4 days. Since then i have lost nothing. My diet has remained the same. I eat about 4-500 cals below maintenace. My sides are all there so i feel it's effects. Although i have not lost more weight, i do look a bit leaner. Here a a few questions

    1- Could this be because i started hitting the weights pretty hard so i'm gaining nearly as much muscle weight as i'm losing in fat weight? If thats the case thats fine with me. I just want to be leaner.

    2- Also, i know clen is anti-catabolic, but could i still be losing muscle mass while eating 4-500 cals below maintenane. Should i up the cals to maintenance level?

    3- I'm thinking of running Trenadrol (17b methoxy-trienbolone) with the clen.
    If i do this should i take the cals above maintenance keeping in mind my goal of leaning out while maintaining muscle and adding strength?

    yeah you need bf percentages if your trying to lose weight the scale doesnt mean anything.

    how can i get an accurate bf% reading? I've only used those scales that you stand on, and they send some sort of impuslse through your body and get a reading. there is no way they are correct. they usually come back at 32-35 % bf for me wich is crap, because i'm pretty toned and muscular everywhere except for those ****ing love handles. i'm 5"7 and currently 178. Started off at 187 about a week and a half ago.

    post your clen /t3 dosage per week/day if you can.. I'm interested in knowing what it is

    istarted with day1 20, day2, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120
    i'm at 120 mcg now and my 2 weeks will be over on wed. july 5
    i will then do eca stack fro 2 weeks and go back to clen starting at 120 mcg's
    on day 1 and follow for 2 weeks.
    i've been working out for about 2 years. mostly trying to gain mass and strength. this is the first time i've ever really tried to cut down bf. i'm doing elliptical 30minutes a day 5 days a week, and eating about 500 cals below maintenance. about 200-250 in protien, carbs are kept under 100. all slean calories. still hitting the weights pretty hard, although i feel slightly weaker. would taking cee and an no product help me keep my strenth without gaining taking away from looking leaner?

    get a body fat percentage reading and let me know where its at... i'm in the mid 20's i think and im interested in taking clen /t3 and would like to get a cycle going but as for the time being since its too dangerous most people have told me with my bf reading that I should just stick to an eca stack

    I agree, stay st rong and keep the diet intact as well as cardio etc..and once you are way down in BF% then maybe look at running some Clen , but it would not hurt to start studying up on those compunds now and have a good attack plan when it comes time.

    now you weigh 9 pounds less what happened to losing no more weight? thats 3 pounds. alot of weight comes off in the begining because of water weight.

    don't use those stupid scales get it measured by a professional or get the calipers off the internet. Those impulse things tell me im 9 % bf. haha i wish

    as for tren you know thats a prohormone/designer steroid right? and you know you need pct and there are side effects etc.. diet and cardio is much more important then drugs dedication is key.

    yeah thats why I havent took the clen yet nor the tren im just doing an eca stack i ordered the accutifness fat track pro and expect that in later this week

    eca has worked great for me especially when i have lower carbs. gives me energy for my workouts and i don't feel run down all day. I'm still fat tho...

    Yeah, i Know. I do have some cycle experience, but it's always been for bulking. Used SD several times, and Halodrol once. I know about and practice propper pct plans. Trenadrol seemed appealing to me because it's mainly used for cutting wich i'm trying to do now.
    Cutting blows ass by the way. Bulking is way more fun.
