    Weight gainer really worth it?

    Hey guys. Just a quick question. I've been contemplating putting on more mass with my diet but adding more on with a weight gainer? I know some are just craploads of sugar. Anyone have any other opinions on them and if they are even worth it?? Later...

    I never saw the point in gainers. Its liquid and a shitload of calories..and your body won't even utilize a lot of it. Plus a lot are loaded in saturated fat and loaded in sugar like you said. I'd rather load my diet with solid food rather than a bunch of shakes...even if you are a hardgainer

    I take Cytogainer before bed just to feed myself while sleeping. It tastes good and doesnt have alot of sugar (7g/150g serving) and only 6g fat/150g. Nothing beats solid food though.

    Well..if nothin beats solid food...why don't you have a solid meal before bed?

    i have a meal about an hour before bed then the shake right before i sleep

    i got a jug of cytogainer too. IMO taste isnt its strong point, but its alright if you throw a banana in there.

    Is there a lot of fat gain from cytogainer? I'd like to keep a certain percentage of bf when I am bulking because of strength gains and then after the bulk, cut it back down but I dont want to be gaining extra fat while takin the shit. Any chance of this happening even though diet and exercise is in check? I'm just wondering because of the sugar intake in some of them but like was said earlier, cytogainer only has 7 grams. Thanks guys.
