    Vitamin E

    how many of u guys use this, if so at what dose and when....i read in the new mens health that it was one of there top suppliments to take, didnt explain much, it was just a little paragraph.

    i currently take multi, vit C, zinc, calcium, l-arginine, glutamine

    i heard it was good to take after lifting?? the kind i have says 400iu, 400iu-800iu is a good dose i believe, spread out, take after lifting??

    can i get some feedback on this, i would love to know a little more about this and why mens health says other then protien they reccomend taking this after u train? do any of u guys use this and if so at what dose and what time of day?

    Personally i use 800ui of vit E right after training as it helps stop cell damage, when used in conjunction with vit C.

    u take the C right after lifting also? i do take vit C, 1000mg a day but not usually after lifting?

    try bumping the dose of vit C up a bit I am usually in the 6-8 grams a day range, spread out of course I think that your body can process about a gram an hour
