    I believe there are supplements you can take when you are younger, to slow down the closing of the growth plates. Once the growth plates are closed, however, I don't believe anything other than traction can make you taller.

    wear platform shoes... theres nothing wrong with beign shorter least you have shorter arms so you can have a bigger bench. even though short people are ugly.
