    Cardio and PWO

    Im not exactly sure what forum to post this in, but here I go.

    I know for after weight workouts, to take my PWO shake.(which is usually cytogainer)

    But what about after just doing cardio. Liek I will play basketball then hit the treadmill.....what do I take after that? Still a PWO like cytogainer?

    Luecine is shown to be VERY anticatabolic

    I would take both Luecine and glutamine peptides post workout

    both taste "hard core" but really work.

    Are you cutting or bulking?

    Do you do AM cardio on an empty stomach?

    Im bulking right now....

    Gonna start cutting in a couple of months are so.

    I do my cardio PM...and its usually about 1 or 1.5 hours after I eat something..

    Luecine would be benificial post and pre
    ( mix in gatorade its all you need)

    Glutamine Peptides would be benificial in the AM and post workout and before bed.

    cool, how much would I take? As in how may mg of each?

    50 grams of glutamine peptides
