Hey I take glutimine and creatine and I was wondering when I should take both. I ask this becuase I have inquired about this before and some say that glutimin should be taken before working out and some say only after and the same goes for creatine. Please help me on this one thanks all :)
If it's L-glutamine...take it on an empty stomach in the morning and at night. When I take creatine, it's usually post-workout.....
if you are gonna take take glutamine the best time is afterworkout have that directly after you finish lifting and then 15 mins later have creatine wth a protein shake .....the protein does not ruin the creatine effects
