Just picked up a bottle of 90 caps (25 mg). Just curious, do I need to take anything with it? Or does it require PCT? ( I didnt think it did, but a friend of mine said yes) Also, HOW MANY mg should I take each day? Thanks for the help

Mine are 200 mgs. You don't neet PCT!! They give me a few zits, however,

yeah i dont think anything you can buy for 5 bucks at walmart requires pct

200 mgs ! You should use sublingual DHEA. They are usually in 25 or 50 mg dose. You leave it under your tongue. Any DHEA not sublingual won't absorb in your stomach. There are alot of DHEA supps, but you really only need the sublingual 25 mg. Check on http://www.douglaslabs.com/ . They have awesome vitamins. Search for DHEA
