    Pre Work Out Supp

    Okay here's what I'm dealing with..... When I do my cardio and lift I do it before I go to bed because I work night shift. I'm wondering what you guys would recommened that would give me a boost during my work out but something that wouldnt keep me up... I work out at 7:30 in the morning and usually I am laying inbed by 10:00... Any suggestions?

    StimulantX was really good but if taken after 11 AM I codl nto go to sleep wven at 11 pm.

    Amplify02 ( www.Amplify02.com) and at(www.allsportsnutrition.com) gives a great boost that does not keep you up for hours on end and has no typical "crash"
    ( a bit of a bias, since had a role in Amp02's creation)

    Ergo Amp was decent but results were not even an not as strong as StimX

    SpeedStack as well is pretty good but is too expensive since it comes in a 16 oz liquid

    what is in stimulant x? how is it better than amp i thought amp was a soon to be illegal ampethamine.

    Stimlantx feels more potent and longer lasting
    both I consider "too potent"

    I work out I am not a junkie and I dont nee to be high for the rest of the day
    or need to feel that artifical whel I work out

    which is why I recommended Amplify02 (though I have a bias)

    I have never taken it but alot of ppl on the forum called it coke for workouts lol, I have heard nothing but good stuff about it.
