fish oils
fish oils -i heard that fish oil is bad when you are on aas .is this correct?

I would recommend it. it has enormous positive effect on your cardiac system, namely the way it effects cholesterol and its a blood thinning properties. plus depending on what type of anabolic / androgenic its a mild anti-inflammatory which can help with the joint pains that come with lifting b/c all of the over the counter anti-inflammatory play havoc on protein synthesis and kills your sperm count but I very much so take it while you are on. peace

I reccomend using fish oils with AAS
Anabolic Steroids can have negative effects on cholesterol levels
Fish oil has been found to decrease certain blood fats called triglycerides, raise HDL ("good") cholesterol, and thin the blood a bit. These effects might be why eating fish prevents heart attacks
In May 2002 the American Heart Association announced that daily supplements of a fatty acid found in fish oil reduces the risk of sudden death in heart attack survivors by half.

get enterically coated, fish oil burps are awful
