I would recommend it. it has enormous positive effect on your cardiac system, namely the way it effects cholesterol and its a blood thinning properties. plus depending on what type of anabolic/ androgenic its a mild anti-inflammatory which can help with the joint pains that come with lifting b/c all of the over the counter anti-inflammatory play havoc on protein synthesis and kills your sperm count but I very much so take it while you are on. peace

get enterically coated, fish oil burps are awful
