    Is Optimum's Mighty 1 3000 good ??

    Hi Guys will like check is Optimum's mighty 1 3000 a true and good Weight gainer ??
    i'm trying to put on some quality mass here.

    Or recommend any other quality mass gainer, which is good but not too
    expensive.
