Its used for blood thinning effect i belive. not 100% sure. However iv read some ppl don't use it. others do.. I don;t

So, it's not for headace purposes

the aspirin in the eca is not for blood thinning or headache purposes.

this isn't everything that's involved, but basically it goes something like this...

ephedrine works by suppressing appetite and increasing metablism (thermogenesis).

in thermogenesis, ephedrine works by stimulating the release of noradrenaline. the noradrenaline then acts on white adipose tissue by increasing cAMP levels. this process increases body temperature and metabolism.

to counter these effects and lower cAMP levels, the body produces prostaglandins outside the cells and phosphodiesterase inside the cells. aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production and caffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase production. this prolongs the thermogenic effect.

my eca is:

1. Ephedra = 25mg
2. Caffeine = 200mg
3. Aspirin = 81mg

but IMO i've never seen the diff w/Aspirin or w/o. I'm actually thinking of throwing some yohimbe in there?

yes, many people substitute (or add) 2.5mg of yohimbine for aspirin in the stack. i dont know that much about it, but many people claim great results.
