Difference between whey and soy protein?

I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but I'm new so I'll ask, what are the differences between whey and soy? I actually drink soy milk and eat soy products once in a while. and i have Spiru-tein powder that i use a few times a week. Also have some whey that i use.

    This qualifies both sides decently

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/willbrink4.htm

-high consumption MAY lead to increased estrogen levels (pack on some fat)
-Low biological value (not used as well by the human body)
    -Anti-Nutrient
    -Bad taste

this is what i got by skimming over the article very rapidly.

You should look into other articles as well. Most everything i have read suggests that it shouldnt be consumed for a bodybuilding diet (at least not in large quantities)

Yeah, there is no reason to avoid soy like it is the plague or anything but i just wouldnt let a decent portion of my daily protein intake be from soy sources.

About soy being better than milk in the long run - Do you have sources available stating this? Im just curious.
