    nighttrain's PP log...........

    ok well i started my PP cycle this morning. i am taking 10 mg before work out with half my support supps and then the other 10 mg and support supps after luch around 12ish. i wieghed in at 194 this morning before drinking any water or eating so that will be the base line wieght for me. so that puts me at 5'10 194 lbs, 35 years old and in descent physical shape.
    here is todays work out....

    BACK AND BICEPS
    ISO lateral high rows 180x12/200x10/200x12/200x8
    ISO lateral reg rows 180x12/200x10/200x12
    seated cable rows 170x12/190x10/190x10/190x8
    seated dumbell curls 35x10/35x10/35x8
    preacher curls 50x10/50x8/50x8

    ok will post again tommorrow, tommorrow is chest and triceps, but have a sick shoulder so it wont be nothing too crazy..... until im sure it is totally healed, its been 10 weeks s i think it is ok but still taking it a lil easy on it.

    Wouldnt having an injury be a bad time to start a cycle???

    ok let me rephrase that shoulder comment, i tore something in high school, than again in basic training (16years ago), again in bosnia in 1999 and then again like 10-12 weeks ago and have been working out again on it for a few weeks. it seems to be ok, just havent really pushed it supper hard, as this is a reaccuring injury, so i do the exercises that i can with out any pain. we will see tommorrow morning if it is going to agree with me. im pretty sure it will be ok, just have to keep stricit form and only do what i can with out struggling and forcing the last few reps.

    wieght 193lbs (down one pound but i think it is just my body fluxuating like normal)

    CHEST AND TRICEPs

    incline dumbbell press 50x10,50x10,50x10
    incline bench press 110x10,120x10,130x9
    pec deck 120x10,120x10,120x10

    tricep pulldowns(rope) 60x10, 70x10, 70x10
    tricep overhead cable extensions(rope) 55x12, 60x12,70x10
    assited dips 2 sets to muscle failure

    was kinda drained this morning but forced myself to go anyway, ran 3 miles last night, havent ran consistantly in almost 2 years, just a run here and there. have to start running again as my back is as good as its gona get and the ARMY wont let me use that as an excuse any more, lol
    shoulder felt fine this morning, tommorrow is an off day.

    day3

    well today was a down day from the gym, but i did run. lets see...... started back running last week,

    first two days of running.......
    3 miles in 29.30 min.
    monday 3 miles in 27.30
    today 3 miles in 27.00

    i dont think the PP is having much to do with this but im just posting this as i dont work legs in the gym.

    so far no side effects to report

    tommorrow is back and bi's

    Dude we are basically doing the exact same cycle right now....its kinda funny. I started pp on monday and i just did some cardio today and tomorrow is back and biceps.

    hey question, bro, how much taurine are you taking daily? im currently collecting cans of RIP IT energy drink,(i get em free from the dinning facility, gota love free stuff), each 8oz can contains 1000mg of taurine. is 1000 mg enough to control the dreaded back pumps? i havent had any yet but was just wondering. i mean, hell ill drink as many as i need to make sure i can still move around if i get the "back pumps". thanks for all the continuing support.

    I actually havent started taking it yet, im gonna go pick some up after work today and start it at probably around 500mgs. If i start to get some horrible back pumps i will increase it to around 1000mgs. From what i have read it is usually ran around 500-1000.

    so you say you have read that you should take 500-1000mg of taurine ED to combat the back pumps............. well if that is the case, then i should be fine. good deal...... later bro

    Today i missed my normal morning work out, walked to the gym and forgot my ID card so they wouldnt let me in. had to move work out to after work, not as good as i would have liked but i battled thru it, even after a day of 120 degree weather...... hate working out after along day in the heat.

    Back and Biceps

    tommorrow is chest and triceps in the morning and then 3 mile run in the evening.

    i wieghed in tonite but i was in ACUs and boots..... i think the agreed apoun amount for ACU and boots is 7 lbs, but im not sure, so i dont trust this weigh-in......... 204lbs minus the 7lbs should be 197 but i will wiegh-in in morning and have a better idea.

    wieght this morning=196.5lbs..... so that is up 2.5 lbs since monday

    chest and triceps

    ok should be down for the weekend other than cardio tonite and maybe i will run over the weekend also

    no sides to mention as of yet, although my back was stiff last night but i did back last night so i dont think it was pumps....

    I'm in week three of a PP cycle and have yet to experience any back pumps. I'd keep taking that 1000mg of taurine qd and have some extra on hand just in case. Keep gettin' butts in the gym and good luck man.

    yeah ima keep the taurine level at around 1000mg to 2000mg, but only cause i drink the energy drinks that contain it any ways.

    I guess I was lucky because I didn't have any lower back pumps and, as a result, didn't need to supplement with taurine.

    boy do i fell like crap..... just finished my cardio for today.
    3 miles in 26.40
    well its not fast but i did improve again over wensday. i guess i just gota kepp with it and i'll continue to get faster. plus it is burning some calories on my down days. tommorrow is sunday, and im taking it completely off

    day 8 evening cardio.......
    ran 3 miles tonight in 25:40, so the time is drop as is my waist size i think. hoping to loose a good amount of excess wieght, thats the reason for running 3 miles 3 times a week, plus i have a physical fitness test coming up in sept and i need to work on my run time, so i figured i'd kill two birds with one stone.


    day 9 wieght 198lbs...... thats a total of 4 pounds so far....
    chest and triceps
    incline dumbbell press 55x10/55x10/60x10/ 60x8
    incline bench press 150x8/150x8/150x8/ 150x8
    replaced pec deck with flat bench........... did 135x15/ 185x2/ then i quit as it hurts my shoulder so i wont be doing any flat barbel benching anytime soon...i'lll stick to the dumbbells and not so huge wieghts until i get to th epoint that it dont hurt no more, but im think ing that is never gona happen. so i guess its just do the exercises that down cause pain.
    tricep pull down (small vbar) 85x10/100x10/ 100x10
    overhead dumbell extentions 65x15/70x15/75x15....... i will start on fri day at 80lbs and do the max i can as i increase buy 5 pound intervals......2 weeks ago i was pressing 70 for a total of only 6 after doing 60/65 both for 10...
    i am making crazy gains.... i hope this keeps up.

    as far as side affects, none to mention as of now, i mean im tired but hell i was always tired anyways, the sun and heat just drains me.

    cardio day..... normal cardio day for me, with nothing major to report, so fa i have had like no sides at all. well maybe a lil back pump here and there but notthing to really speak about.

    3 miles in 25:52 this morning, was 12 seconds slower than monday nite but still an improvement over where i started.
    lemme give ya a lil background info, i hurt my back in 2002, gota tackled from behind and bent over backwards..... have a protruding disk with and acute tear in it. have seen all the doc's and everyone says i just have to live with it so, i do. but the point of this is the month before the accident, i ran 2 miles in 12:16 which is pretty good i think. ever since it happened have not been able to get down to where i was( fastest time being 15ish), so any imporovemnets i ake in the cardio running part of this cycle is well worth the time and money......

    I have a bad back too man. I was always having back problems when i was younger and i went to the doctor once and they told be the bottom of my spine curved to the right so is was shaped almost like an "S." I started seeing a chiropractor for it for about a year and now i never really have any problems with my back. The chiropractor i saw was really good and i still go back every once in a while just to checked out and to have my back adjusted. At this point the only back pain i have is from the pp....lol, which really isnt bad at all. Just thought i would tell ya this because if you havent ever gone to a chiropractor (which im sure you probably have) i would, it really helped me out a lot.

    When i started my cycle i was at about 202lbs. and now im at 208 1/2lbs. Im sure some of it was water weight but 6lbs for me so far too. Im looking forward to what the next couple of weeks of this cycle has in store.

    wow today was an awesome work out, i left the gym totally pumped. i really like this stuff. i have gained 6 pounds in 2 weeks and i can see myself getting larger everywhere. im losing my gut a lil also, so i think this is a very good product and would recommend it to any one wanting to make some pretty descent gains. i think i would have gained more if, i could eat cleaner, it is so very hard to eat alot and keep it clean, when all the choices you have are not so hot..... anyways, two weeks to go...........

    Good job man. I just weighed myself last night and i was up to 213lbs. I was at about 203 when i started too. Im sure some of it is fat or water weight but gaining about 10lbs so far is pretty damn good if ya ask me!!

    thanks for the info SD.... i might once this deployment is over...... kinda winding down, this cycle will probally be my last big push and then i will go in to a maintenance program until i get home...

    I've been tired as hell lately myself. For the past couple of weeks i just get home from work and pass out for at least a few hours. I would like to go to the gym earlier than i do but im just to damn tired but after i sleep for a bit im good to go so thats good.

    ok today i up the doseage to 30 mg, 20 mg before workout and 10 mg when i take the rest of the support supps....around 11ish..
    i dont know if it is gona do anything or not but i had a little that was gona be left over so i fgured id up the doseage for 4 days and see if anything major happens
