Really need your feed back on this...
Hey whats up guys well its been along time since I have taken any kind of supplements. I was going to turn to the real stuff, but I figured muscle memory, time, dedication, training, diet should all help me get back up to where I was. Im 5'9 178lbs right now. Heres what happened.
18yrs old- Weighed 139lbs went up to 170lbs 13 %bf (With gear)
waited about a year and couple of months.
19yrs old- Weighed 175lbs went up to 191lbs 10% bf ( With gear)
About to be 22yrs old- Weighing 178lbs 8%bf have gained 4 lbs in the past couple of weeks with dieting, train hardcore, sleep, minus supplements.
This is what I have planned:
-Clean diet with 6 meals through out the day, about 240g of protien, good carbs, lower fats, sugars, etc... My goal is to build a lean mass. Im not expecting to see a day to night difference like I did with the gear. I just want to get back up around to where I use to be.
-Train hardcore, sleep
-Add the following supplements:
NO2 Platinum
CE2 Platinum
Universal Animal Paks
Protien
Does my plan sound good? Is there anything you would add or change and why? What about the supplements? All opinions welcome thank you very much in advance.Last edited by Z06; 08-03-2006 at 11:11 PM.

Should I add that the cause of the weight drop was due to double majoring in college really never had time to work out, diet well you get it. Now I'll be off for a yr before entering med school at Duke University I would like to see what I can do. Thank you again.

I like taking BCAA's
And maybe some glutamine
along with yr protein/multi/creatine....sounds good supp wise to me...

post a diet, that could help a lot, and what gear did you use at that age?

I used Test E about 600mg/wk, and Deca 300mg/wk...
