    Animail pak question ?

    If I use Animal Pak before I train as it states,at night,is this enough of my daily vitamins or should I take an additional pack in the morning aswell ?

    not a problem if u take an additional pak in the morning.i take 2 myself and taking the additional at night ive noticed i sleep better.
