Someone told me there is a NEW kind of creatine that is called
CREATINE ETHYL ESTER and it keeps you from bloating out.
Is this true or BS?
I have known some pretty big guys who swear by creatine but complain about the water retention.
I just did a cycle and I am getting ready to pct but I want something that will keep me pumped but now make me look watery and puffy.
Just thought someone here would know what supps work and which others are BS
