whats the best supp. to burn body fat???
None of em work without a solid diet and intense exercise program. don't you read the labels??
The only thing I like using is Chocamine powder in capsules it has some fat burning properties, ECA works too but I don't like it.
here is a great stack that i have seen many people have great success
-Green tea extract
-CLA
-Acetyl L Caritine
-R ALA...Glucorell R is the best
-MHP Anadrox
i would use ALA by itself and take about 600mg an hour before carb meals twice a day. ECA is the way to go though. anti-catabolic properties of ephedrine and caffeine to help with lipolysis and not to mention it helps make cardio seem easier.

running burns muscle. treamill--- empty stomach in AM... 10 incline 3.0 speed is the best for bodybuilders to burn fat & retain muscle. END OF STORY.
Caffeine or ephedrine based supplements in conjunction with splitting up meals (so you eat smaller meals 5x per day instead of huge meals 3 times per day)
amphetamine is a great appetite suppressant, its also extremely catabolic. Most prescription appetite suppresant used to be amphetamine derivatives, though many were discontinued because of cardiac issues.
amphetamines are not good for bodybuilders or for those who wish to maintain muscle mass. They are also fairly addictive, even orally.
