I bought some and it said to only take two a day....I didn't Know if that was enough...Please let me know how much you take a day and it says 1 gram of fat per a capsule...I use to only take olive oil so I didn't know how much flax is recommended..

Mine are also 1g capsules. Says take 1 to 3 capsules three times daily.
I only take 3 am, 3 before bed.

Mine are 1000mgs and i take one in the morning when i wake up and one a night, usually a little bit before i go to bed.

its a lot of pills to equal what you get with liquid. i would get liquid next time.
5 caps is a teaspoon.
