Piss Blood. Help ASAP!

Im only taking 4 supps as of now: protein shake, glutamin peptides, multi, and BCAA's.

My multi is the univerisal animal pak....just started taking them last week, only on workout days...its alot of vitamins...

glutamine, I take 10g's ED and started last week.

Today, before workout, I took an animal pak, BCAA's, and glutamine. I finished my workout as usual and took my PWO(shake, glutamin, Bcaa)

I have no pains in me. I got home, and pissed...and its either a really really dark orangish yellowish color....or theres blood in it...

With taking these supps, will pee get a really dark color? Does anyone know from what supp it might be from?

Absolutely it will. You are dumping shitloads of Vitamins into your system that your body doesnt need so it generally gets pissed out and you are looking at the result. Make sure you drink lots of water to ensure your kidneys are getting flushed

I seriously doubt it is blood man. It will be too much Viatmin C or Vitamin B. Especially since it only happened when you started takeing the supps. Generally blleing is caused by a bladder infection, or worst case, bladder cancer. Trust me, it will be the supps. I take 30 different supps ED and mine is always like what you describe

Yeah when I first started taking Animal Pak my piss looked like it was radioactive , dont worry. if it continues i'd ask a doc though

I've pissed blood a couple times. Its strait up dark brown and it typically follows after kidney stones.
