    Lightbulb New Supplements

I recently started eating 4 good meals a day, been taking now adam multivitam, optimum whey protein, and MHP trac creatine. I also just started a cycle of ErgoPharm 6-OXO. I'm consistenly gaining atleast 5lbs a month. I'm 5'10 150lbs, a few months ago i was 130lbs so im getting somewhere. I was thinking about switching up my creatine and adding another supplement.

    Here's what I was thinking.
It looks like Im going to take a protein(Optimum Whey), multivitam(NOW ADAM), creatine(BSN CellMass), and Universal Animal M-Stak.
And possibly finish up that 6-OXO if its safe and wont be to much if mixed in with Animal M-Stak, because the M-Stack also can act as an antiestrogen and DHT blocker.

Is the M-Stak any good? or should I stay away from it?

Does this look good? any suggestions or advice would be great. thanks

First thing you need to do is add 2 more meals to your diet, THIS IS KEY!!! Cell mass is ok, but im not gonna get into a debate on creatine right now. optimun whey is good, but for gaining size/mass i prefer Cytogainer, it has quality carbs, and 900 cals per serving, i usually split that up n drink 2 scoops twice a day(4 scoops is 1 serving)

I used m-stak while i had some off time as it was given to me. I have to say i was quite impressed with it. Good pump when taken pre workout and i believe it helped me keep my strength up. I would take the anti E claims with a pinch of salt though

at 150lbs your best supplemet is food, never miss a meal and add 2 more (total of 6 as stated above) you should be able to gain roughly about 1.5-2 lbs of mass per week at your size

I agree that I probly should add 2 more meals in my diet. My diet kinda looks like this right now. Breakfast is some dry cereal and protein shake on my way to work. Lunch is at about 12-12:30 usually a spaghetti and meatballs, subway 12'' meatball sub with extra meatballs, or chicken and some mashed potatoes. Supper is at about 5:00 and is broiled burgers, spaghetti w/meat, hamburger helper lasagna(1lb beef), steak, chicken sandwhiches etc..and two hours after this meal at about 7:00 I take creatine and half hour after that I lift..within 15min of finish lifting I take a protein shake and then I make another meal. which ends up mostly being 2 broiled burgers w/cheese. (So good it hits the spot every time.)

My meals are generally pretty high in protein im getting around 225g's a day. I figure even if I piss out most of it, it will be their if my body does need it.

My breakfast may be lacking with just dry cerial and protein shake.
So im pretty full thoughout the day to add 2 other meals, but maybe I can make some of the meals not so big and filling but decent and add 2 more in. I'll have to think it over, but any suggestions? how big should the meals be?

I'd like to note that I take the multi vitamin with my breakfast meal and multi vitamin and ErgoPharm 6-OXO with my meal after lifting before bed. I drink a protein shake after each meal. and within 15 min after I finish lifting..my protein shake is 1 scoop of optimum whey mixed with milk(32g of protein)

Im thinking of trying a new creatine and possibly adding Animal Stack M, or any suggestions? thanks

Note: Sorry if my posts are long, trying to get enough information out so hopefully it will help me get good advice.

i think you should concentrate a lilll bit more on your diet first. You're definitely lacking at your breakfast. Ditch the dry cereal and protein shake and substitute in eggwhites and oatmeal...All the other stuff (subway sub, hamburger helper) I would ditch too in lieu of boneless skinless chicken breast, tuna fish, brown rice, steamed green vegetables, lean ground turkey. You also need more than 4 meals, preferably 5 or 6. I'd hit up the diet forum hardcore then take it from there. You're gonna get a lot better results if your diet is down pat then you ever would with a million different supplements...take it from me, check out my cutting thread and maybe this can shoot ya in the right direction

Yes last night i worked on a meal plan and when i can eat my meals throughout the day and today i started for 6 meals. Now I just have to work on what to eat at those meals as in eating better. Today I just have some items just to get started and get use to eating at the times..I'll have to check forums and get some good ideas.

I'm going to try eating at 7:30(eat), 10:00(eat), 12:30(eat), 3:00(eat), 5:30(eat), 7:30(Creatine), 8:00 (lift), drink protein shake within 10 min after done lifting..then eat last meal.

I should be able to eat those new meals easily at work, should not be a problem.

cellmass is a good creatine. shotgun is good too but way potent. youd need to go with like a 4th of a scoop at your weight. i can feel it at half a scoop. truemass is a good gainer but kinda pricey
