Russian Bear 5000

Has anyone ever tried Russian Bear 5000 weight gainer? I ran a search and there were a lot of mixed reviews from threads a while back, but it seemed like no one had a lot of information on it. I was just wondering if anyone has recently tried it, and how did it work for you?

P.S. I know there's gonna be some posts saying that "all weight gainers are crap", but I would really like some solid information on this product. Thanks a lot, guys.

I dont know about Russian Bear 5000 and yes most and ever I will agree with you that wiegth gainers suck but CytoGainer by Cytosport is a great product

Why don't you just try upping the calories of whole foods? Most people who reviewed probably don't have strict diets and this is the first time they just upped calories - so of course they get results.
