Hey guys, I am currently on my FIRST cycle containing:
T200/EQ/Winny...I just finished up w/ week 3....
I need to get simple carbs in post workout, with my shake.
I was told to take in PURE dextrose.... and have a few questions..
Where do I get PURE dextrose? I heard its very very cheap....
How much do I need w/ each shake post workout?
Do I just mix it right in with my protien/glutamine?

P.S. Will it affect gaining LEAN mass? Rock-solid lean hard mass?
