Ok, so I got my friend in the gym finally. He is 27, about 5'8, and I think 155-165 lbs. He hasn't touched a weight in about 4 years. I have had him lifting for a month now and hes doing good. Hes been taking creatine and whey and just eating a lil healthier. I was just wondering what would be a good supplement for him to jump on. 1-ad I heard is great, but I was just wondering what some of you thought. He is kind of a hard gainer. He want to do a cycle, but I won't let him, at least not for a while. Just looking for size and strenght with as lil bloating as possible. He cries about it too much.
