    its a low qualoty wey roein powder like optinumn nutrtitions.....its cheap and the taste is pretty good ......but the quality sucks........if you want a good protein powder get yurself some vp2 from ast or isopure from natures best

    freshly pressed .......if you get results from those whey powders try vp2 or another quality isolate powder and you will get such better resuts..its worth a lil extra thos powders......they work soo much betta than cheap powders bro i swear,,,,,,
