I started running Mega TRN at 4mg/ed and Mega ZOL at 100mg/ed on Sunday. Ever since I have had a very mild but noticeable tension headache, almost directly between my temples. I am taking Hawthorne berry at 1500mg, FF Niacin at 1500mg, Milk Thistle at 1000mg, and also supplement with flax oil. I was hoping the Hawthorne would keep this issue in check, but so far it's not working quite well enough. Anyone know anything else I can try?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I am religious about taking these supports, and am on a pretty good schedule. Usually first thing in the morning, post workout, and night. I was considering upping the dose of the Hawthorne....do you think I should time my supplementation differently?
i would always feel the pain start in my neck and then drop the Hawthorne. 1.5-2g's . Hawthorne worked for me with the headaches. we will bump this and see if anyone else has any suggestions
