From what I hear, True Mass is good stuff.

I cant agree with this at all. Taking a higher volume of certain amino-acids such as arginine or the three BCAA's DO HELP. No matter what size you are they still help the body to build muscle. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein man, and protein builds muscles and bones. You think if you start using steroids that amino-acids suddenly stop working? You really need to look around and do more research before you post on this site.

For the record I use AAS. I also use CEE, arginine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, taurine, glutamine. And YES they do work, taking AAS doesnt suddenly turn off your bodies use for amino-acids, couldnt be more wrong.

I'm pretty sure he uses their protein because he was talking about it. He drinks one shake every night before bed. He also said he uses Nitrix and NoExplode but who knows if that is true. Also, in one of his videos he shows all of the supplements he takes. When you are that big vitamins, minerals and BCAAs can only help.
