    started oxodrol

    I started taking oxodrol friday. Taking all of the other stuff to go with it you know what it is. So here goes weight 168.5


    Sunday Chest

    Bench pyramid up to three sets 215 for six last set 4 no help
    decline three sets 205 for 8 last set 7 no help
    incline three sets dumbells 65 for 8 last set 6 no help
    crossovers light weight for burn

    Biceps

    standing ez bar curl warm up then 3 sets 95 for 8 last set did 6
    sit down dumbell curl 40 3 sets for 8 last set did 6
    concentration curls 35 for 8 all three sets then 20 lb standing to failure

    today
    Legs

    deadlifts warm up then 275 two sets for 6 one set 315 for 2 one set 340 max
    squats (weak knee) 225 three sets 8
    leg press 3 sets 390 for 10 super set with calves on smith machine with 225
    leg curl hams 90 lbs 3 sets for 10 superset calves sitting down 70lbs

    I will start a log as well. I was supposed to start today but it won't arrive until tomorrow. How are you doing the doses? I was thinking about doing 12mg for 5 days, 24mg for 14 days, 36mg for 7 days. Does that make sense to move up in the milligrams like that, anyone?

    are you taking supporting suppls like nicain, hawthorne berry, etc and do you have pct ready?

    yeah all the stuff im supposed to be taking but for pct im only going to use clomid.

    Well today is my rest day thank god. I got chemical in my eye at work yesterday and went to hospital so i probably wont be working today either. I feel great in the gym but today i feel sorta tired and slow. Maybe its cause of the tetanus shot yesterday.

    Im going to list days of workout only. day 3 last week

    shoulders

    warm up then dumbell presses 65 pounds 3 sets 8 reps

    lateral raises 30lbs 3 sets 10

    raises while laying on incline on stomach 30lbs 3 sets 10

    triceps skull crushers 80 lbs 3 sets 8

    dumbell extension 30 lb 3 sets 8

    cable pushdowns 140 lbs 3 sets 8

    today (sunday) feeling stronger took some amp im still jittery from that.

    bench warm up then 3 sets 225 for 6 last two sets needed help on last two reps

    decline same as above

    incline press 70 lb dumbells 3 sets 8 last set for 7

    crossovers with 50 till failure

    biceps warm then 3 sets 90 for 8 last set made 7

    sitting dumbell curl 40lbs 3 sets 8 last set 6

    concentration curls 2 sets 35 lb for 8 then immediately 25 lbs standing to failure

    A definate improvement

    I felt the back pumps today until I drank a drink with taurine in it. Im waitin on the powder. I think this kinda makes me tired.

    squats 225 three sets 10 plus I stopped using smith
    leg press 3 sets 360 went with sled vs machine (moved gym)for 10 super set with calves same wieght for 15
    burned out

    side effects headaches occasional upset stomach, itchy scalp, increased irritability. feel tired when not in gym or slow, trouble sleeping
