crossovers light weight for burn
Biceps
standing ez bar curl warm up then 3 sets 95 for 8 last set did 6
sit down dumbell curl 40 3 sets for 8 last set did 6
concentration curls 35 for 8 all three sets then 20 lb standing to failure
today
Legs
deadlifts warm up then 275 two sets for 6 one set 315 for 2 one set 340 max
squats (weak knee) 225 three sets 8
leg press 3 sets 390 for 10 super set with calves on smith machine with 225
leg curl hams 90 lbs 3 sets for 10 superset calves sitting down 70lbs
