i mix it w/ just enough water so u can stir it up then down it like a shot..then i drink a full cup of water. i dont taste a thing.

you can drink it with whatever. An easy was is to drop it in your protein shakes. But cool aid or whatever, it doesn't matter

Take it with grape juice or another non-acidic juice. Do it on an empty stomach.

i was taught from dave palumbo as a personal traainer and he has gone to medical school. it was all explained to me.. i'll get the facts... plus, in my case I was all natural for 6 yrs and it never did anything...it only works when it naturally occurs in the body. (hey I might be wrong)
