Hey man just take it easy. It happens in every forum and not just the supplement one, thats how this site is going to be, you have people sign up and want a response directly to their question. I agree that it can get tiresome but just be glad you are part of such a good site, people are always willing to help, so if you dont want to (as it appears by this thread) well than simply dont help.Originally Posted by tinyguy2

why not start your own site, or better yet, if you see that the title has something to do with PH's THEN DON'T CLICK ON IT, that way it won't ruin your day and you won't have to shoot anyone?
