creatine just arrived, dosage ?

just got the creatine got the dymatize creatine monohydrate 1kilo + 100grams free, anyways im loading up on 4 servings a day for 5 days, then it says 1-2 doses daily after that, am i best to take 2 or would 1 do it ? if so whens best to take ? i was thinkin before and after workout? maby mixed in with a protein shake or so? thanks
