Dont really use supps but im going to try creatine as im just finishing an AAS cycle - dont know which about creatine tho...
Whats the best, Ethyl or Mono... Im thinking Ethyl will be as its more expensive and with no bloat (dunno if im right) - but i thought that was the point of creatine - to slightly bloat you resulting in water retention which helped add strength...
Also whats the MAX effective dosage of creatine... how long should it be cycled for and should I load ?
