Can you help?
Hi,
during my x-factor cycle i would like to use these supplements:
melatonin + zinc
arginine and ornithine
creatine micro mono
tongkat ali + chrysin and bioperine
leucine
foti or he shou wu, green tea and ALA
are any of these supplements interfering with X-factor effects?
I read that x-factor without creatine would be more potent due to the antinflamatory ability of creatine ; is it true? are some people gain more from x-factor without creatine?
Any inputs?
thanks

nope believe me; it is 5 days i already got 1 kg! I am using only LJ100 and ZMA becasue not sure if i can use creatine etc... People experience between 8 to 15 pounds of muscle in 50 days. The research is sounds; lots of people they had good results; has been tested also at baylor university (i work as researcher in a sport sciences dept in the uk)
the only problem is not that does not work , it is about safety related to arachidonic acid (you cannot use it more than 1750 grams a day and not for more than 50 days) and the problems about diets and side effects. if you not drink at least 2 liters of water surely u get headache; u cannot get any antiinflammatory drugs nor ***** 3 oils, cla, etc.. And it increases your doms after exercise.
Actually i am responding even more quickly than the others because my diet is totally deficient in ***** 6 and AA. i do not eat beef or eggs; i suppose this make my body more receptive; it works also with creatine in this way i get huge gain from it.Last edited by shorinryu69; 09-01-2006 at 01:28 PM.

2 pounds in 5 days could jsut mean you ate more or drank more water. that doesnt mean it works. there are many products that have "sound" studies that don't work. arginine being an example.

tinyguy, to be honest i dont care...i know what i am doing and the product works not becasue has been repeated in several boards and several people of the industries say it but becasue i am checking it (and i do this 4 profession)
as said before the conversation should be not if works but the long temr side effects.
it alows your body to eat more without gaining fat but putting muscles if was like you said i would have now my bf and water composition higher instead my LBM has increased
==================
now please has anyone tried X-factor with melatonin or the other supplements that i would like to take ??

PS
i agree that arginine cannot be compared for results to products such X-factor but still works

Effects of arginine and ornithine on strength, lean body mass and urinary hydroxyproline in adult males.
Elam RP, Hardin DH, Sutton RA, Hagen L.
Twenty-two adult males participated in a 5 week progressive strength training program. One half the subjects received the amino acids L-arginine and L-ornithine and the other half, a placebo. The study used a double blind protocol so that subjects as well as investigators had no knowledge of which substances were being administered. Dosages amounted to 2 grams or 1 gram each of L-arginine and L-ornithine, and 600 mg of calcium and 1 gram of Vitamin C as placebos. These supplements were taken orally for a total of 25 administrations. Following the short term strength program using progressively high intensities, tests were taken for total strength (TS), lean body mass (LBM) and urinary hydroxyproline (UH). The results from ANOVA showed that subjects who were taking the arginine-ornithine combination scored significantly higher in TS and LBM (p less than .05), and significantly lower in UH (p less than .05), than subjects on placebos. It was concluded that arginine and ornithine taken in prescribed doses can, in conjunction with a high intensity strength training program, increase TS and LBM in a relatively short period of time. Arginine and ornithine also aid in recovery from chronic stress by quelling tissue breakdown as evidenced by lower UH levels.

X-factor is made by molecular nutrition.
molecular nutrition is William Llewellyn's company.
William Llewellyn is the author of the Anabolics 2000 series of books.
X-factor is legit.
