    CytoSport Fast Twitch???

    do any of you all recommend this for fast twitch muscles fibers??

    Save your money and buy the following which you can take prior to working out:

    Prolab Caffeine Tablets
    NOW's Arginine Tablets (or powder)
    Optimum Nutrition's CGT

    I like doing it this way so I can regulate how much of each.
