A multivitamin should be a staple supplement, a whey protein should be too, i personally like ON 100% whey, instead of creatine monohydrate i would go with creatine ethyl ester and mix it with juice instead its alot cheaper and its better absorbed by the body, flax seed i would find the oil and mix that in with your protein shakes, i dont really know what your goals are so a fat burner may or may not be nessecary. You should definately look up the diet forum and the workout forum theres alot of great reads in there to help you with whatever you need but it all depends on what your goals are

I would scrap the cutting idea. In football how you look doesn't matter. Wait till the season is over, then start cutting.

eating a diet like that is garbage during football season. I played linebacker in college, but calories = energy and ur gonna need alot more. The time to lose weight is the offseason which u should be done with by now.
