What Supplement Turns You Into a Beast?

Not literally, but I want to know what supplement most gets you, pumped up. I'm talking about, pumped up enough to grunt and make animal noises when you're lifting something heavy. Any suggestions?

no, seriously though it has to come from within you! you will never get to where you want to go if you rely on external factors all the time. NO-Xplode really helps me focuse and pump me up, though.

    Before working out:

    (2) Prolab Caffeine Tablets
    (1) Serving of Optimum Nutrition CGT
    (1) Serving of NOW L-Arginine

The perfect pre-workout concauction (in my opinion).

most supplements are a waste of time and beginners tend to start off taking them before they learn to even train without them. get your diet in check, and train for a little while without any help. supplements should only be used to get over a plateau and not something you rely on.

animal pack will do the trick bro, though i would stay away from the animal nitro. i heard a guy in my gym comment on taking some and in less than 45 minutes he had to be su**ued by 4 big brutes with tasers.

I don't know that him being a new member necessarily means he started working out yesterday so that's a bit of an odd comment...
Thanks for the words of experience there though bro, you're about what, 20?

he sounded like he started working out recently by how he phrased his question. and yes I am 20 years old, training seriously for about 3 years, certified personal trainer, made plenty of BB mistakes that I try to help others not make. When I started I had the same thinking pattern as this guy, then Swole introduced me to good dieting, and dieting along with a good training regimen made the man you see in my avatar...not supplements.
