So far ive heard nothing but good things about syntheteks product Synthelamin. Im looking ot start b12 again just because i felt better overall. I wanted to know if this is on to be taken sub****aneously or IM only?

It can be administered either way. Most users complain of some discomfort injecting sub-q....I always went the IM route.

Yea i always did IM before but was considering sub-q because i was going to do it eod but if i get syntheteks b12 i would only have to do it once or twice a week so i guess i can continue doing it IM
