can someone give me the right idea here. I'm a skinny guy (24 yrs. 6'1 174lbs) and i'm a novice, i've been lifting weights about 8 months. I want to gain weight. I've seen on the supplement threads here that food (as opposed to weight gainer supps) is the best way but i just don't think I can do it, time-wise and so forth. I dont know much about weightgainer and I want to know, if i used it correctly(gave myself 500 calories a day of it), could i just use it instead of increasing any actual food, until i was 185 lbs? and when reach that weight, if i stop using it is it just going to go away, plain and simple?
