Tell me this,
Whole milk having 8 g or protein per serving, a serving being 1/2 a cup.
Now a tall glass equals just about 2 cups(atleast mine do)
so a tall glass has aprox. 32g Protein and 600 cals. If one drinks 2 glasses at a sitting, thats 64 grams of protein, and 1200 cals..

Now why go out and spend, 35$ on a jug of protein when you can buy 11 gallons on whole milk for that price and get a hell of alot more protein out of it.
