    Hey bro,

    Welcome to the board!

    IMHO, any product that "blocks" any macro-nutrient such as fat or carb blockers are just a poor excuse for lack of self control and bad eating habits... Getting your diet and exercise in order produces the longest lasting results any blockers can possibly hope to accomplish. Not directing this at you per se, just commenting on the use of the product!
